The tumbler tags are fitted to the Quencher H2.0 FlowState model. If you have the original 40oz Adventure model, you MUST note this information at time of purchase - it is a different sized tag. Our tags are not guaranteed to fit alternate brands.

**To avoid delays or cancellations, size must be noted at time of purchase**

PLEASE NOTE: These tags are designed to hover approximately 1/8" above the lid as the piece they wedge into is at an angle, this is the only way to make contact at both ends for a casual fit compatible with normal use of your tumbler. Shaking your tumbler aggressively or turning it upside down may cause your tag to lift.

HANDLING and CARE

- The toppers are made of thin acrylic. It can be broken or scratched, if dropped, or hit on something hard. Please keep that in mind.

HAND WASH ONLY, wipe with soft cloth to prevent scratches. DO NOT USE abrasives.

- DO NOT FORCE THE TOPPER IN. The tag should go on easily by sliding it thru the straw that is standing up STRAIGHT. If the straw is tilted, it will not go on properly.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

- No refund on custom order items.

- A replacement will be offered. If the item was lost or came damaged, please inform me within 3 days of receiving.
